

In a statement, his family said: "Joshua, aged 23, died on Friday, November 5, following a fatal road traffic accident. The vehicle failed to stop at the scene while the Crewe man was taken to hospital, where he died a short time later. On Saturday (November 6) tributes were paid to 'caring' and 'considerate' Joshua Spender who was hit by a white van while he crossed the road near the McDonald's on Macon Way in Crew e at around 5.30pm on Friday (November 5). “We have set up this fundraiser to help his family get through this awfully sad time, and hopefully bring them some comfort. “Josh was the most genuine, kind and caring young man, who sadly leaves behind his loving family.
